• We will buy the food and drink and fuel – the last thing you want is to arrive at Christmas and find there’s no firewood.
• We can provide a welcome pack if required, a nice glass of Bulgarian wine would go down a treat at the end of the journey.

• Depending upon your Municipality, there may be a communal dump to use, the cost of which may be included in your annual taxes. Otherwise you have two choices – either pay to have it removed by a private company or dump it outside the property, we can then arrange to take care of this for you.

• We can recommend a translator for the compulsory registration of you and your quests with the Police Authorities within 48 hours of arrival. We recommend this service as this can be intimidating for anyone to find the local police office and register.

• We will ensure you and your quests are provided with a warm welcome to the area, we will supply them with an information pack and the region, and be a contact point in case of emergencies.
  You will need to give us sufficient notice that you or your quests will be arriving so that we can prepare everything for you.

• Garden maintenance can be arranged, the price will depend upon your requirements and the size of the plot of land. We would suggest that we visit you in your home for an informal chat to discuss your requirements. From 2007 we can also offer an exciting range of bedding plants to make your garden look beautiful.

Swimming pool chemicals are a necessity for any pool owner who wants to keep their pool sparkling throughout the summer and winter.

• Milk, tea, water, coffee, bread, butter, eggs, toilet rolls, sugar, biscuits, cereals, preservatives, fruit juice, fresh fruit and washing up liquid, we can also supply red and white wine if required.

• An important part of property management is the paying of utility bills. TPM will pay these on your behalf, providing a sum of money has been provided in advance. We do require a limited power of Attorney to deal to deal with these urgent matters. If you only visit your property once or twice a year then you don’t want to spend your holiday time trying to get this all sorted.

• Every property needs some minor repairs from time to time. Part of our property management service is to repair minor items within the property. If there is a bigger problem at the property we will E-Mail you with the information our advise and wait for your decision.
